CrossFit Classes


This is our bread & butter offering at CBD. Our focus is
on what we term "GPP" (general physical preparedness).

​

Each day is deliberately different and along the way,

you will get fitter, faster and stronger!

​

Our 60-minute classes are capacity controlled to ensure everyone gets individual attention & high-quality coaching throughout from the first minute to last.

​

A typical 60 min class will consist of:

- Introduction & Demonstration of movement

- General warm-up

- Specific Warm-up (with either skill &/or strength work) 

- The Workout Of the Day (WoD)

- Cool Down / Stretching
