Steph has 7 years experience in nutrition coaching, beginning her career in 2017 as she made the jump over to working full-time in the CrossFit space.

Steph fell in love with CrossFit in 2013 and her involvement with the program has continued to evolve and grow ever since. This is where her passion for nutrition started and has now equal share in her health and fitness career.

Steph is a huge advocate for health and wellness being incredibly unique to each individual. One size does not fit all. Steph's approach to nutrition is extremely personal, her interested in all facets of your life creates the journey that you will go on together.

Steph is an athlete, a business owner and a mum and as such, has a passion for working with individuals who want to better their performance  or improve their nutrition alongside a busy lifestyle!
